This is our plain English description of how WebSurveyCreator.com treats your personal information and data. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
You are the owner of data that you create in your account.
All your surveys and all the responses you collect are yours. These surveys and the responses are totally private unless you make them available (e.g. by sharing the data collected on a portal or sending someone an export). We don't sell or use in any way the responses you collect or surveys you create. We don't use the responses for analysis of trends or for any aggregation.
When you upload lists of email addresses and/or other respondent information so that you can invite people to take your surveys, WebSurveyCreator.com will hold that data. We don't see these email addresses or other respondent data and we only use them to send out invitations as directed by you in accordance with our privacy policy.
Any email addresses or other data that you collect in responses to surveys is also treated in exactly the same way.
We use cookies, pixels and use links embedded in HTML-formatted email messages that are ordinarily not visible to users. A cookie is a piece of information contained in a very small text file that is stored in your Internet browser or elsewhere on your hard drive. Cookies allow a website to identify a user's device whenever that user returns to the website and are commonly used in order to make websites work more efficiently and enrich the user experience, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site. We will ask your permission to use cookies. If you choose not to allow use of cookies you should avoid using WebSurveyCreator.com. You can also withdraw your consent to use cookies at any time and change your browser settings to remove cookies or limit their use. For full details on the use of cookies, please read our Cookie Consent Policy.
The authors and creators who create the surveys or questionnaires or forms own and control the responses that you have made.
We are only the platform that these authors use to host the surveys or questionnaires or forms. If you have concerns or questions about a survey you should contact the author of the survey directly. WebSurveyCreator.com is not generally responsible for the content.
The author of the survey is the same person that invited you to undertake the survey. That could be, for example, the person who sent you an email invitation or placed a link on their website.
Each author should have their own terms and conditions for taking the survey and a privacy policy regarding what they will do with the information they collect
We do not use or sell any of the data that the survey authors collect.
